INGREDIENTS
 350.00 g Pork shoulder (kasim)
 60.00 g Chicken, liver
 1.00 piece hotdog, large
 2.00 tbsp Olive oil
 1.00 tbsp Annato Seeds
 1.00 piece red onions, minced
 3.00 piece garlic clove, minced
 3.00 piece Ripe Tomato
 1.00 tbsp tomato paste
 1.50 cup Water
 1.00 piece Potato
 1.00 piece Carrot
 1.00 piece Bell pepper, red
 1.00 piece Bell pepper, green
 3.00 tbsp chickpeas, cooked and canned
 2.00 tbsp Seedless raisins
 1.00 tbsp Fish sauce
 0.00 n/a Sea Salt
 0.00 n/a Black Pepper Crushed
 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil

DIRECTIONS

In a pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add annatto seeds and cook, stirring regularly, until the oil is infused with color.

With a slotted spoon, remove and discard seeds.

Add onions and garlic and sauté until softened 3 mins (medium high heat).

Add pork and cook until lightly browned for 5 mins (medium high heat).

Add fish sauce and cook for about 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and 1 tsp tomato paste, mashing occasionally with the back of a spoon, until softened and release juices.

Add sliced hotdogs, potatoes , carrots, liver, bell peppers, garbanzo beans, raisins, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to distribute.

Add water and bring to a boil. Then transfer the oven safe cooking pot into the Breville oven, and slow-cook "High" for 1 hour. Once cooked serve with hot rice and enjoy!
