INGREDIENTS
 1.00 kg Corn, sweet, cob
 6.00 tbsp miso paste
 1.00 tbsp Butter
 1.00 piece Garlic Head
 800.00 ml Coconut milk, canned
 250.00 ml Corn Water
 0.00 n/a cayenne pepper, ground
 0.00 n/a Sea Salt
 0.00 n/a Black Pepper Crushed
 0.00 n/a Fried Bacon
 0.00 g Dried Parsley
DIRECTIONS

Preheat Breville Smart Oven Pro to 350*F. Brush Boiled sweet corn with Miso Paste and place over foil. Drizzle Garlic head with olive oil and put in oven.

Let Corn cool. Once Cooled, Slice corn kernels and set aside. Boil corn cob in water for corn water.

Using the Breville Blender, squeeze garlic head, add in coconut milk and corn kernels. Blend till smooth and add in corn water as needed, and strain.

Transfer to pot and heat on simmer. Adjust seasoning As needed.
