INGREDIENTS
 400.00 g Poultry, Chicken Thigh
 30.00 g Coffee, powder
 15.00 g Cumin powder
 15.00 g Paprika Powder
 15.00 g Spice, Garlic Powder
 15.00 g Dry Goods, Brown Sugar
 45.00 g Sea Salt
 15.00 g Coriander, leaves
 115.00 g Bell Pepper Red
 115.00 g Bell pepper, green
 100.00 g White Onion
 125.00 ml Olive oil
DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the spices and olive oil thne rub it to the chicken thighs fillets. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

Preheat Breville oven in grill function under 190 Deg C. Spray oil in the baking pan, place the chicken thigh fillets and grill for 15 minutes on high temperature. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, drizzle with olive oil, and grill for another 10 minutes.

When the chicken is done wrap, it into the lettuce cups and pita bread.

Garnish with fresh salsa and drizzle yogurt (optional).
