 44.00 ml Espresso Shot
 150.00 ml Dairy, Full Cream Milk
 15.00 g Chocolate Syrup
 2.00 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT

Using Breville Barista Express, texturemilk to desired temperature

At the same time extract single espresso. stir 1 tsp of chocolate syrup into the espresso shot.

Swirl milk in the jug to integrate the texture. Pour milk directly into the center of the espresso.

Hold milk jug tip close to the espresso surface. Steady consistent pour is the secret.

Garnish with whipped cream and remaining chocolate syrup on top. Serve hot.
